This exceptional four-piece antique silver tea and coffee service was crafted in 1832 by the noted silversmith A. Sper, featuring a coffee pot, teapot, creamer, and sugar basket with a swing handle. Each piece displays masterful Empire-style craftsmanship with gadrooned lower bodies, intricate floral repoussé bands, and luxurious gold-washed interiors. The pots are fitted with carved dark wood handles and lidded with decorative finials featuring white fluted inserts. Meticulously hallmarked, the set bears the "84" zolotnik silver standard, the city mark for St. Petersburg, and the assay master's initials "A.K" alongside the 1832 date.
