Renato Bassoli (Italian, 1915–1982). A pair of glazed ceramic salt and pepper shakers with a matching stand. Globe shakers. Rectangular stand rests on a hemi-sphere. Red glaze with blue-grey drips and crackles. Each item is hand-signed on the bottom. Renato Bassoli was a renowned Italian furniture designer and sculptor.
