The work is signed, titled, and dated 1934 in the lower left, and additionally inscribed “Zina” in the lower right. Titled A Girl from Bessarabia. The artwork is matted and framed. David Davidovich Burliuk was a poet, artist, and publicist associated with the Futurist and Neo-Primitivist movements and is widely regarded as the father of Russian Futurism.
